Lead Attorney

Aaron M. Hudson

Prior to beginning his legal career, Aaron M. Hudson served as a U.S. Army paratrooper stationed in Alaska and at Fort Bragg, North Carolina with the 82nd Airborne Division. It was during his proud service that he developed the fearless, get-it-done characteristics he employs today. During his service, his competitiveness and communication skills, as well as his superior ability to learn and apply information, culminated in his selection as the U.S. Army Pacific Soldier of the Year in 1994. This achievement was to be a preview of his law career!

After his honorable discharge, Aaron obtained an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from MTI College of Business and Technology in Sacramento. From there, he was admitted to Lincoln Law School of Sacramento, wherein he received honors for the top grade-point-average in his first year, and American Jurisprudence Awards in both Torts and Contracts. He was also honored in Moot Court with Best Written Brief and received Honorable Mention in oral argument. Upon graduation, he passed the California Bar Exam on his first try.

While attending law school at night, Aaron worked full-time for a quality litigation law firm as a paralegal and law clerk. This provided hands-on education and experience that is impossible to achieve through academics alone. Upon his admission to the California bar, he was hired by that firm as an associate. In 2007, he moved his practice and life to Southern California. To accomplish that move, he accepted an associate position with a local firm. In that position, he continued to develop his trial skills. However, since moving to Southern California, Aaron has observed a practice among many attorneys and firms that appear more focused on generating and collecting huge fees than providing quality representation. That is not Aaron’s practice.

In May 2009, Aaron went on his own and created the Law Office of Aaron M. Hudson in Upland, California. Since then he has had to move his office twice to accommodate the expansion of his practice. In May of 2014, he moved again and is now located on the 4th floor of the prestigious Centrelake Plaza in Ontario, which is conveniently located at the Interstate 10 and Haven exit. The Inland Empire location is perfect for reaching and helping clients all over Southern California—from downtown L.A. to San Bernardino.

Aaron is certified as a Family Law Specialist by the Board of Legal Specialization. He currently lives in Fontana with his supportive wife and their three young children. Aaron is a compassionate counsel to his clients, often with a different focus than other divorce lawyers. As a father, Aaron empathizes with the feelings of his clients—especially when dealing with the sensitive area of child custody and visitation.

In every case that he takes on, Aaron goes above and beyond for his clients, providing outstanding legal services in all of the Southern California counties, but especially Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange. He has been admitted to practice in all state courts of California since 2001.

He has also been admitted in the following courts:
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California (2002)
U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California (2003)
U.S. District Court for the Central District of California (2008)
He was admitted to practice in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in 2002 and is a member of the LA County Bar Association (Family Law Section). He has represented clients in many appellate proceedings, including his latest victory that overturned a trial court’s refusal to grant attorney fees [ In re: Marriage of Sharples, E056941 Cal. App. 4th (2014). ]
